All products sold by Love Drums are covered by our guarantee against manufacturing defects.
3-Year Guarantee - Love Drums LCD Displays
All new Love Drums replacement LCD displays are covered by a 3-year replacement guarantee from the date of purchase.
If your display develops a manufacturing fault within this period, we will:

Replace it with a like-for-like unit, or
-
Refund you in full if a replacement is not available
Return postage costs for confirmed faulty items will be refunded.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
It does not cover:

Incorrect installation
-
Physical damage
-
Misuse or modification
-
Damage caused by other faulty equipment

General wear from external causes
3-Month Guarantee – Used & Refurbished Equipment
All used and refurbished items are covered by a 3-month guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults or defects.
During this period, we will replace where possible, or refund upon return of the item.
Return postage costs for confirmed faulty items will be refunded.
This guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Consumables
-
Cosmetic issues disclosed in the listing

Damage due to misuse or incorrect setup
Returns
If an item is not faulty and you choose to return it, return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For international returns for non faulty items, any VAT, customs duties, or import fees incurred on return to the UK are also the responsibility of the buyer.
Your Statutory Rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights.
Our guarantee applies to the original purchaser only (it is not transferrable).
